Sets the activation function for all the neurons in the supplied layer

fann_set_activation_function_layer

fann_set_activation_function_layer — Sets the activation function for all the neurons in the supplied layer

Description

fann_set_activation_function_layer(resource $ann, int $activation_function, int $layer): bool

Set the activation function for all the neurons in the layer number layer, counting the input layer as layer 0.

It is not possible to set activation functions for the neurons in the input layer.

Parameters

ann: Neural network resource.
activation_function: The activation functions constant.
layer: Layer number.

Return Values

Returns true on success, or false otherwise.
